If you’re hosting visitors on campus and are in need of a great student tour guide, the Student Volunteer Program – Tour Guides can help. This is a fantastic opportunity for students to show off their campus while developing essential skills and earning credit toward their co-curricular record. SAIT tour guides are equipped with voice enhancing equipment and SAIT branded clothing. Review, complete and submit the form below, ideally one week in advance of your event. Describe your event — please include tour times and indicate any expertise you may need. Based on the information you provide, you will receive a tour guide list. You must follow-up with the students directly, review the tour manual to familiarize yourself with what the tour involves and provide any additional information the tour guide may need. After the event, please confirm attendance and completed hours with the Student Volunteer Program coordinator within five days. This confirmation must be provided in order for the hours to be approved as a co-curricular activity.
